As I sit here, reflecting on my journey to wellness and fitness, I am reminded of the countless struggles I faced along the way. But, I’m also reminded of the incredible progress I’ve made, and the life-changing benefits that come with it.

It all started about two years ago, when I found myself stuck in a rut. I was overweight, out of breath just walking up the stairs, and felt like I was constantly running on a hamster wheel with no clear direction. My energy levels were low, my skin was dull, and I just felt plain miserable.

But, something inside me sparked a desire to change. I wanted to feel alive, to feel strong, and to feel like I could conquer the world (or at least my own backyard). So, I made a commitment to myself to start building wellness and fitness into my daily routine.
